Kinky, Sexy Fun With Vibrators – Part One

Hello Sexy Perverts!  Since it’s Masturbation May I’ve been thinking about sex toys a lot.   And I bet a lot of you have too!  In fact, I did a little survey on our Enchantrix Empire site about guys and their sex toys and I got a lot of very interesting responses. 88% of respondents have used a sex toy at least once and a large percentage use them regularly.  In particular, I was interested in vibrating toys.  75% of respondents have tried them and 44% reported using them at least once a month.  As I already suspected, guys like sex toys just as much as we ladies do.  Check out the full results of the survey here.

Kinky Sexy Fun With Vibrating Sex Toys

I wondered how long people have been having kinky, sexy fun with vibrators, so I looked into it.  I had always believed the lore that vibrators were originally invented in the Victorian age by a physician who was desperate for a way to cure women of their  “hysteria” and thought that a good session of medically administered clitoral stimulation would do the trick.  But it turns out that’s not even true!

According to an article in the New York Times, although it was invented by a medical doctor in the late 1900’s, it wasn’t meant to be a masturbatory device at all but as a medical appliance for general wellness.  Advertisements from the time show claims that vibrators could be effective for everything from anti-aging to treating tuberculosis   In fact, there was some concern that people, in particular women, women might be tempted to use them for sexual pleasure which was strongly discouraged and considered immoral.

Convenient Orgasms

Of course, as we know, it’s impossible to stop a woman in search of easy, convenient orgasms so it’s no surprise that it didn’t take long for Victorian ladies to succumb to the allure of the sweet, electric vibrations despite the dire warnings against doing so.  They were, of course, using them covertly and certainly off-label.  This secret self-care continued until the seventies when society finally decided that women’s sexuality was not going to lead to the downfall of modern society.

Now, of course, anyone can buy a vibrator and most people aren’t even ashamed to do so.  Even better, it’s even recognized that they can be very beneficial to everyone despite not actually having any effect on the aging process or tuberculosis – just a lot of kinky, sexy fun with vibrators.  The most obvious benefit is enhancing sexual experiences.

I know how much and the many ways that I enjoy using vibrators, but that’s not the subject of this post.  I’ll leave that to your imagination and fantasies.  I thought that instead I’d explore the ways that guys use them and find out new ways that all of you can use them to level up your sexual pleasure.

You may be thinking, “But Ms. Roxie, now that I know that I want to use vibrating toys what kind should I try?”  Well, my sexy perverts, you have a lot of options.  I like to think of sex toys for men as divided into two broad categories:  (1) toys that you use outside of your butt and (2) toys that you use inside your butt.  Plus a third category that includes both of those:  remote/long distance toys.

Kinky Sexy Fun With Non-Butt Toys

Traditional Vibrators

These are your classic/basic vibrators which I’m pretty sure were the first ones available on the market once they were sold as sex toys. They were probably called “adult novelties” or “marital” aids then.  This also includes bullet or egg-shaped vibrators and wand-style toys.

The possibilities with these are endless and they can be used anywhere (except your butt!).   Your nipples, balls, and cock are good places to start.  But also try stimulating your prostate from the outside by trying it on your perineum.  I’ve been told that the very best place to use a traditional vibrator, though, is the underside of your shaft just under the head where it’s really sensitive.  AKA your frenulum for those of you who like proper anatomical terms.

Vibrating Stroker Toys

These vibrating toys include sleeves, strokers, and Fleshlight-type toys.  They are basically a tube made of a material that feels soft and somewhat skin-like.  They’re supposed to simulate the feeling of intercourse but you’ll have to let me know if it actually does.  I don’t know for sure, but this kind of toy must be the simplest one for guys to use.  From my perspective, all you have to do is stick your dick in it and go.

A lot of them have very complicated-looking ridges and textures on the inside for extra sensations and many are even made to look like actual body parts such as vaginas, mouths, and butt holes.  And lucky for all of you, they are available in varying levels of tightness and length to accommodate a wide range of cock sizes. Pro tip:  Look for open-ended designs for easier cleanup after the fun.

Kinky Sexy Fun With Vibrating Nipple Clamps

In my experience, nipple play in guys isn’t as common as it should be.  Which is a shame since it can intensify arousal and orgasms – especially with vibrating nipple clamps.  Nipples on both males and females have a lot of nerve endings and can therefore be a very sensitive area of the body.  Depending on the design, they can provide pleasurable stimulation or even a little pain if you’re into that.  Along with the vibrations, they can pinch and squeeze the nipples as much or as little as you prefer.  Plus, they’re tiny and portable.

Nipple clamps are usually one of three different types: clover, tweezer, and clothespin styles.  Some of them are adjustable and some even come with a nifty chain connecting them for the stylish nipple play enthusiast.  That’s a lot of choices for a seemingly simple style of device!

Vibrating Cock Rings

Another style of toy that is conveniently small and portable is the vibrating cock ring.  The vibrations add pleasure to the already pretty cool restriction function of cock rings which results in stronger, harder, and longer-lasting erections.  They can also have the benefit of making the wearer’s cock more sensitive to touch.  Plus the vibrations can stimulate your lady partner’s clitoris during sex.   A win, win, win!
